The provider – responsible for this web site, submits to the users this document, by which it aims to fulfill the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, of Services of the Association of Information and of Electronic Trade (LSSI-CE), and to inform all the user of the web site the conditions for usage of same.

Any person with access to the web site is considered a user, committing to strictly observe and fulfill the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provision that should be applicable.
The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that might appear in the web site, without obligation of giving prior warning or letting the users know of said obligations, with the understanding that the publication in the provider’s web site is sufficient.

RESPONSIBILITY

The provider declares it is exempt from any kind of responsibility derived from the information published in his web site, if and when this information has been handled or entered by a third party foreign to said web site.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The parties expressly subject to that legislation, and the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga shall be competent for the resolution of all conflicts derived or related with its usage.
